EdGonzalez Raymond Choi

Raymond is a venture capitalist, entrepreneur and physician. His interest in entrepreneurship was sparked when he took the Biodesign class as a medical student at Stanford. Based on what he learned, Ray took a 3 year leave of absence from medical school to launch a Kleiner Perkins backed medical software company.

During this time he also helped an angel fund, HealthTech Capital, source and evaluate digital health and medical device companies.

Currently he is leading the healthcare division for The Valley Fund, a series A focused fund based out of Silicon Valley, while completing his clinical training as an emergency medicine resident at Baylor.
